This one prominently features the sound of water flushing through an outside kitchen drain into an alleyway. Common suburban evening birdsong can be heard clearly throughout with distant traffic noise in the background. Zoom h1n recording from this morning's rainstorm in metro detroit. The original recording was from 5:02am to 7:26am, but due to a lot of secondary rain drops splashes hitting the recorder directly when the wind would shift i edited it down to 52 minutes after taking most of the knocks outs when i edited in movavi. Pretty steady rain for most of the track as you hear the hum from the morning commuters in their cars increase in the distant background. You'll hear some birds too throughout the track, mostly starlings i believe.

I was walking my dog next to a highway, which was elevated thirty feet above me. Thinking to record traffic i turned on my recorder. Suddenly a thrown beer bottle arced across the sky and smashed on a rock embankment, not ten feet from me. One might record a better bottle break, but this one was quite immediate, and thus, short.
